For Growing Athletes

Youth Athlete Development

Every young athlete gets faster, stronger, and more durable when they build the right foundation first. We coach growing athletes in any sport to move well, get strong, and stay healthy while their bodies are still developing. It starts with an assessment, so we train your athlete for where they are right now, not where a program assumes they should be.

What we build

One athlete at a time, in a small group with a coach on the floor the whole session. Everyone trains on their own plan.

Move well first

Before we add strength or speed, we make sure your athlete moves the way their sport asks. Clean movement is where durability and performance both start.

Real strength, coached

Young athletes can train with weights safely when a coach watches every rep. We teach the lifts properly, so they get stronger and carry good habits for life.

Speed, power, and agility

We develop acceleration, power, and the ability to change direction, the qualities that show up in every sport on every play.

Built to stay healthy

Most youth injuries are preventable. We train the weak links and manage workload so your athlete spends the season playing, not watching.

It starts with an assessment

Every athlete starts with a movement assessment and a conversation about their sport, their season, and their goals. You leave with a clear plan, their own T3 Roadmap, at no cost and no obligation. From there we build training around your athlete, coached in a small group so they always know exactly what to do and why it matters.

Is lifting safe for my kid?

Coached strength training is one of the safest things a young athlete can do, and one of the best ways to prevent injury. The key word is coached. We meet your athlete where they are, teach every movement, and progress them only when they are ready. You are welcome to watch anytime.
