SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text-messaging program operated by The Lift Gym, operated by ACTB Enterprises, LLC (“The Lift Gym,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to these terms.

Program description

Program name: The Lift Gym Consultation & Account Messaging.

When you opt in, you agree to receive text messages from The Lift Gym about your consultation, appointments, account, and services. This is the consent you provide at sign-up:

“I agree to receive text messages from The Lift Gym about my consultation. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Consent is not required to receive services.”

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to receive a consultation, become a member, or use our services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You should expect to receive messages related to your consultation request, appointment scheduling and reminders, and account or service updates. We do not send recurring marketing text blasts under this program.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. The Lift Gym does not charge you for text messages, but your carrier’s standard rates will apply to messages you send and receive.

How to opt out — reply STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to rejoin, you can opt in again the same way you did originally, and we will resume sending messages.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control. Supported carriers may change, and we are not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery, as delivery depends on factors outside our control.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, please read our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated terms on this page.
