Frequently Asked Questions

The stuff people ask before they come in. If yours isn’t here, just ask us.

What does it cost to train at The Lift?
Your first step is free. You get a consult and a full T3 Movement Test, and you walk away with your own T3 Roadmap whether or not you ever become a member. Membership is built around what your test shows and how many days a week you want to train, so we go through your options together right after. No contract on our standard membership, and no surprise number at the end.
Can I train here with an old injury?
Yes, and it’s a lot of what we do. Every plan starts with your movement screen, so we see what your body is ready for before we load anything. Your coaches are Corrective Exercise Specialists, and we build around the injury, not into it. You set the pace, and we progress you when you’re ready.
I just finished physical therapy. Can you pick up where my PT left off?
That’s one of our specialties. There’s a real gap between “cleared” and “confident,” and that gap is where a lot of people get hurt again. We assess where you are, we’re happy to coordinate with your physical therapist, and we bridge you back to full strength safely. It’s training, not treatment, and the goal is you coming back once and staying back.
What happens on my first visit?
You sit down with a coach and talk through your goals and history, then we run your T3 Movement Test to see how you actually move. You leave knowing where you stand and what your plan would look like. No pressure, no hard sell, and it’s free.
How big are the groups?
Small, on purpose. Our small group training runs at five to one, so a coach is right there watching your reps and adjusting your plan the whole session. Everyone’s on their own program, you just get good people training next to you. Prefer one on one? We do that too.
I’m over 50. Is this going to be too much for me?
This is right in our wheelhouse. Plenty of our members are in their 50s, 60s and beyond. Because everything starts with your assessment and your plan is built for your body, you train at the right level from day one, get stronger, and protect your joints while you do it.
I’m really out of shape. Should I get in better shape first?
Come as you are. There’s no fitness test at the door and nobody’s watching you. We meet you where you are, build the plan around it, and a coach is with you every step so you always know what to do. Starting is the hard part, and we make that part easy.
Where do I park, and which door do I use?
Park anywhere in the lot, there are no assigned spots. Just avoid parking right in front of another business’s front door, garage door, or loading dock. We’re the unit on the back corner with The Lift logo on the front door. We’ll also text you the details before your first visit so you’re never hunting for us.
I travel a lot. Can I still keep up?
Absolutely. Your programming goes with you. Tell us what equipment you’ll have, even a hotel gym or your living room, send a quick photo or video of what’s there, and we build your away workouts around exactly that. Your coach is a text away the whole time.
Do you train youth athletes?
We do. Youth Athlete Development builds the foundations for any young athlete: moving well, getting strong, and staying healthy while they grow. For baseball and softball players, Diamond Ready focuses on the qualities that drive performance and keep them off the injury list. Both start with an assessment, same as everyone.
