We join our heroes, these isolated knights of the Stay-Home Jedi Order, in Episodes IV-VI of their journey...
THE NEW JEDI ORDER
Fit Film Challenge workouts are designed for all levels of fitness using 4 levels of difficulty. Each level has a specific exercise to perform after a certain trigger during the film. These triggers can be based on a plot point, action, or piece of dialogue.
Padawan is the most novice, demanding the least movement difficulty and work volume.
Knight is for those proficient with form, adding more volume throughout the film.
Master is for experienced lifters, maximizing movement difficulty with great volume.
Sith Lord is for those who want to tap into the Dark Side. Success will only come with great suffering.

EPISODE IV: A NEW HOPE
Padawan: Glute Bridge x 10 when any character ignites a lightsaber.
Knight: Single Leg Glute Bridge x 10 each leg when Chewie roars.
Master: Hip Thrust x 5 when C-3PO is rude to R2-D2.
Sith Lord: Glute Bridge as fast as you can when you hear Darth Vader breathing.

EPISODE V: THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK
Padawan: Kneeling Push Up x 10 when the Millennium Falcon fails to jump to lightspeed.
Knight: Push Up x 10 every time Leia tells Han she isn't into him romantically.
Master: Feet Elevated Push Up x 5 when someone uses the Force to move an object..
Sith Lord: Paused Push Up while Darth Vader is talking.

EPISODE VI: RETURN OF THE JEDI
Padawan: Squat x 10 when the main characters move to a new planet. The Death Star doesn't count.
Knight: Lateral Lunge x 10 each leg every time Luke says "I feel/felt it".
Master: Split Squat x 5 each leg when someone says "the Force".
Sith Lord: Speed Squats as fast as you can when the Emperor is on screen.
