ABOUT THE LIFT

Like most trainers, I started my career in a big box gym, Gold’s Gym to be exact, and got to work trying to help improve people’s lives. But as I worked with clients, I realized the fitness world was missing something crucial—true personalization. Big gyms were overcrowded, with generic programs that ignored the importance of nutrition, sleep, stress, and cardio. I knew I had to create something different. That’s when I decided to build The Lift , a small, personal training gym where each person would receive a customized plan based on the T3 Method : Test, Train, Transform.

Building the Vision:

At The Lift, I wanted to provide more than just strength training. The T3 Method was designed to take a holistic approach, testing each client’s starting point, training them with a personalized plan, and transforming their lives with guidance on functional strength, cardiovascular health, nutrition, stress management, and sleep. I needed a team who shared my vision—coaches who could deliver individualized attention and address the bigger picture.

Creating the Team:

I carefully assembled a team of experts in corrective exercise, strength, and nutrition, who were as dedicated as I was to helping clients achieve long-term success. Together, we focused on offering what other gyms couldn’t: one-on-one coaching and support in every aspect of health, from strength and cardio to stress and recovery.

The Transformation:

Once The Lift opened, we quickly became known for our personalized approach. Clients no longer felt like just a number. With custom programs and a focus on total well-being, they achieved incredible results—losing weight, building muscle, and finding confidence. Many overcame challenges they’d faced for years, improving not just their fitness but their lives.

The Legacy Continues

Today, The Lift is more than a gym; it’s a community where real transformation happens. Our T3 Method continues to drive our mission—helping clients test their limits, train with purpose, and transform their lives, one plan at a time.

Founder, Strength and Conditioning Coach


At one point, I thought my future was set—college baseball was the dream, and I was chasing it with everything I had. But then, the unthinkable happened: a rotator cuff injury brought my athletic career to an abrupt end. It felt like the path I had worked so hard for was suddenly gone, leaving me unsure of what to do next.

That injury, as devastating as it was, became a defining moment in my life. Instead of focusing on what I had lost, I turned my attention to what I could create. I realized there was a gap in the fitness world—a hole in the system that caused people to get stuck, face unnecessary setbacks, and struggle with injuries like mine. That’s when I found my purpose: to help others build strength, prevent injuries, and reach their full potential.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of training athletes in baseball, softball, and tennis at every level—from aspiring amateurs to seasoned professionals. But my work goes beyond sports. I’ve helped clients lose over 150 pounds, gain muscle, and dramatically increase their strength. Most importantly, I’ve guided them toward living pain-free, proving that fitness isn’t just about performance—it’s about improving quality of life.

That’s why I co-founded the T3 Training System. It’s a method designed to bridge the gaps in traditional fitness approaches. By combining corrective exercise, strength training, and metabolic conditioning, T3 creates a plan that works for everyone—whether you’re an athlete or someone who just wants to feel and perform at their best. It’s about building a body that’s not just strong, but resilient—a body that can handle anything life throws its way.

Every client I work with is part of this mission. Together, we overcome obstacles, break through limitations, and build strength from the inside out. My injury might have closed one door, but it opened another, and now my passion is helping others walk through theirs.

For years after high school, I found myself in a body that didn’t feel like my own, weighed down physically and emotionally. I struggled with confidence and often felt unsure about how to reclaim my health or where to even begin.

My turning point came with the unwavering support of my fiancé and our two loyal companions—our cats. With them by my side, I decided to take on the hardest challenge of my life: transforming not just my body, but my mindset and confidence. It was a long road, filled with trial and error, sweat, and moments of doubt, but I stayed committed to the process. Over time, I lost 70 pounds and gained something even more valuable—strength, health, and confidence that I never thought possible.

Now, after experiencing such a powerful transformation, I’ve made it my mission to help others achieve their own victories. As a coach, I provide custom programming, nutrition guidance, and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed. I’m here to support my clients every step of the way—helping them not only reach their goals but maintain their progress and feel confident for years to come.

The gym has become more than just a place for me—it’s where I’ve found purpose and fulfillment in helping others rewrite their stories. And while I’m still a gamer at heart, happiest with a PlayStation controller in hand, my real passion is guiding others to discover their strength and confidence, just as I did. With the right support, we can overcome any challenge—and I’m here to make sure my clients never have to face theirs alone.

Strength and Hypertrophy Coach


For much of my life, I was searching for direction. High school was a time of exploration, but I wasn’t sure where I truly fit in or what the future held for me. In 2021, everything changed when I walked into my local gym. What started as a simple decision to try something new turned into a life-changing journey.

The weight room became more than just a place to work out—it became my sanctuary. Lifting weights didn’t just transform my body; it strengthened my mind and gave me a sense of clarity and purpose I hadn’t felt before. With every rep, I built not only muscle but confidence and determination.

I realized that growth isn’t just about physical strength; it’s about pushing through challenges, embracing discipline, and striving to be a better version of myself every single day. That mindset reshaped my approach to life. I became committed to continuous improvement, not just for myself but for others too.

Today, I’m proud to say I’ve turned my passion into my purpose. As a personal trainer specializing in hypertrophy and strength training, I help others discover the same sense of empowerment I found in the gym. Whether it’s guiding someone toward their first big lift or helping them achieve a personal milestone, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone realize their potential.

The journey doesn’t end here. My goal is to compete as an amateur bodybuilder, but even more importantly, I’m focused on inspiring and supporting others on their own paths to transformation. When I’m not in the gym, you’ll find me enjoying a great drive, prepping for my next DnD session, or diving into the latest game or animated series.

This is my journey, and it’s far from over. Through strength, passion, and perseverance, I’m not just shaping my future—I’m helping others build theirs.
