FIT FILM CHALLENGE PHASE 3 PART 2

OK gang, this is it - the exciting conclusion.

As usual there are 3 levels of difficulty: Sidekick, Hero, and Avenger. Pick the one that will challenge you appropriately get situated before you push play.

This is the final issue of the Marvel Cinematic Universe Fit Film Challenge. For those of you who went the distance, you have my deepest and most heartfelt respect. It was a ton of movies and even more reps. Nice job.

THOR RANGNAROK

Sidekick: 15 Squats when the Grand Master is in a scene

Hero: 10 squats when Thor uses lightning

​Avenger: 5 squats when someone says Asgard.

ANT MAN & THE WASP

Sidekick: 10 push ups when there are giant ants in a scene

Hero: 10 Push Ups when Scott says he needs to go home

Avenger: 2 Push Ups when someone or something shrinks (but not when it grows)

AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR

Sidekick: 20 Single Leg Hip Thrusts when a main Avenger makes a dramatic entrance

Hero: 15 Single Leg Hip Thrusts when Thanos gets an Infinity Stone

Avenger: 5 Single Leg Hip Thrusts when someone says "Thanos"

AVENGERS: ENDGAME

Sidekick: 20 rows when time travel happens (if a group time travels, that's just one set of 20, not one set for each character)

Hero: 10 Rows when there is a name card on screen (New York, Morag, etc.)

​Avenger: 5 Rows when someone says "stones"

SPIDER-MAN: FAR FROM HOME

Sidekick: 20 Crunches when there is a reference to Happy dating Aunt May

Hero: 10 Crunches when anyone mentions EDITH.

Avenger: 5 Crunches when anyone mentions Tony Stark/Iron Man
