FIT FILM CHALLENGE PHASE 3 PART 1

Here it is, the beginning of the end.

Phase 3 of the MCU has twice as many movies as the other phases so I’ve split it into 2 parts.

Read on for the rules to getting your workout in while watching Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.

ANT MAN

Sidekick – 10 squats when you see a character from a different Marvel movie  

Hero – Squat non-stop while Luis tells a story

Avenger – Do 1 squat every time someone shrinks themselves or another object

CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR

Sidekick – 20 rows when new MCU heroes are introduced

Hero – Row non-stop when Avengers argue

Avenger – 5 rows every time Cap says “Tony” or “Bucky”

SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING

Sidekick – 20 crunches when Peter and Ned do their handshake  

Hero – 20 crunches when Iron Man is on screen

Avenger – 5 crunches when Spidey sticks to a wall

DOCTOR STRANGE

Sidekick – 20 Hip Thrust when Mordo says “The bill comes due”  

Hero – 10 Hip Thrusts every time Doctor Strange opens the Eye of Agamotto

Avenger – Hold a Hip Thrust when the Ancient One is using magic.

BLACK PANTHER

Sidekick – 5 Push Ups when T’Challa puts on the Black Panther suit.  

Hero – 5 Push Ups when any character says “Wakanda forever”

Avenger – 5 Push Ups when someone says “vibranium”
